The Autumnal Equinox: A Heralding of Change

Finally, the official beginning of Fall. Night and Day are of nearly equal lengths today as we begin our journey to cooler weather. I love autumn with the leaves turning gold and red, and the crispness to the air. This also means I'll soon be able to cook a roast with all the trimmings. Mmm.
So, what's been up with me lately?
Currently, I'm on the hunt for a new computer. Yes, mine is just too old to do what I need it to do. I admit I don't like change, so you can understand how stressful this search is. I don't know a lot about computers, despite being a writer and using them daily. Once I buy a computer, I'll have to figure out how to get my files from the old one to the new one. Yeah, there are a lot of new challenges ahead of me.
While I know in the scheme of life learning to use a new computer isn't a big deal, I'm still human and bound by the frailties of self. Okay, let's get away from the psychological before I start analyzing myself. Yeah, even I don't want to hang out inside my psyche too long. Lol.
Exciting news for my readers; I'm nearly finished with the sequel to Love's Demon Ways. Yes, Sindriel has been a bad boy and made me wait for him at every turn, but he's become well worth it. This book will be longer than LDW, which I hope readers will appreciate and enjoy. Once I'm finished, there are still the revision and submission stages to go, but finishing brings me one step closer to the book being in your hands.
I'm still waiting to hear back from a publisher about the romantic novella, Bet on the Lady. Keep your fingers crossed for that one to be accepted.
Readers, are there any changes coming to your life this Autumn? Writers, are you finishing work on a story or about to have a new release?
Cheers to a wonderful last quarter of the year!
